Who is responsible

The data controller is EFICIENT TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 50664757, Trade Register No. J2024029147005, based in Iași, Romania, represented by Florin Cernat. For any question about your data: contact@florincernat.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, email, company and the project details you enter. Used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering a contract).
  • IP address and time of submission, stored with the inquiry, to protect against spam and abuse (art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
  • Web server logs (IP address, page requested, browser), kept for at most 14 days for security and operation of the site (legitimate interest).

Your data is never used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone other than the provider below.

Where it is stored

The website, inquiries and email are hosted by Hostinger on servers in the European Union. Hostinger acts as a data processor and does not use the data for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

  • Form inquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months.
  • If we work together, data needed for the contract is kept as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records).
  • Server backups are kept for 14 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no Google Analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is lang, which remembers your language (Romanian or English) for one year; it is strictly necessary and does not identify you. To pick the language automatically, the server looks up your country from your IP address in a local database (DB-IP); the address is not sent to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to contact@florincernat.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your country.
